1. The State Governments, in such territories may by notification specify such pecuniary value of commercial disputes to be adjudicated at the district level, which shall ‘not be less than three lakhs rupees and not more than the pecuniary jurisdiction of the district court.

ऐसे क्षेत्रों में राज्य सरकारें अधिसूचना के जरिये जिला स्तर पर निर्णय दिये जाने वाले व्यावसायिक विवादों के आर्थिक मूल्य निर्दिष्ट कर सकती हैं, जो तीन लाख रुपये से कम और जिला अदालत के धन संबंधी मूल्य से अधिक नहीं हो।
