आप को यह भी ज्ञात है कि डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर की शुरुआत के साथ ही, दिल्ली- मुंबई औद्योगिक कॉरिडोर और पिछले वर्ष जापानियों ने चेन्नई-बेंगलुरु कॉरिडोर समर्पित किया, जो कुछ समय में संचालित किया जायेगा । एफ डी आई, विकास में सहयोग और कॉरिडोर तो हमारे पास थे ही, परंतु अपने मार्ग में हमें ‘कुशलता’ एक खोयी हुई सामग्री के समान प्रतीत हुई, अर्थात हमें संशय था कि क्या हमने इस कार्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अपने मानव संसाधन को प्रशिक्षित किया है नहीं ।
