पासपोर्ट पर एमएमपी, जो पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना के नाम से जाना जाता है, का उद्देश्य "सुचारू प्रक्रिया तथा प्रतिबद्ध, प्रशिक्षित तथा प्रेरित कर्मचारियों के माध्यम से समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी, अधिक आसान तथा विश्वसनीय तरीके एवं आरामदायक परिवेश में नागरिकों को पासपोर्ट संबंधी सभी सेवाओं की सुपुर्दगी करना है।"

14. But as an ADB study looking at the year 2030 notes "what will differentiate countries is their ability to adopt technologies – the skill level of workforce, appropriate capital and infrastructure, openness to trade and FDI, and more generally the investment climate”.

वर्ष 2030 को ध्यान में रखते हुए एशियाई विकास बैंक के अध्ययन में कहा गया है ''प्रौद्योगिकियों के प्रति अनुकूलन की योग्यता, कार्यबलों के कौशल स्तर, उपयुक्त पूंजी एवं अवसंरचना, व्यापार एवं विदेशी प्रत्यक्ष निवेश के प्रति खुलेपन तथा निवेश वातावरण के आधार पर ही विभिन्न देशों को अलग-अलग करके देखा जा सकता है’’।

(b) The Ministry has launched a Mission Mode Project named Passport Seva Project, in order "to deliver all Passport-related services to the citizens in a timely, transparent, more accessible, reliable manner & in a comfortable environment through streamlined processes and committed, trained & motivated workforce”.

(ख): मंत्रालय ने सुचारु प्रक्रियाओं तथा प्रतिबद्ध, प्रशिक्षित तथा प्रेरित कर्मचारियों के माध्यम से समय पर, पारदर्शी, और आसान, विश्ववसनीय तरीके से एवं आरामदायक परिवेश में नागरिकों को पासपोर्ट से संबंधित सभी सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना नामक मिशन मोड परियोजना लागू की है।

16. * The Passport Seva Project has completed more than four years of its successful operation and aims to deliver all Passport-related services to the citizens in a timely, transparent, more accessible, reliable manner and in a comfortable environment through streamlined processes and committed, trained and motivated workforce.

* पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना को इसके सफल संचालन के लिए चार साल से अधिक की अवधि में पूरा कर लिया गया है, इसका उद्देश्य समय पर, पारदर्शी, अधिक सुलभ, विश्वसनीय तरीके से और सुव्यवस्थित प्रक्रिया और प्रतिबद्धता, प्रशिक्षित और प्रेरित कार्यबल के माध्यम से सुविधापूर्ण वातावरण में नागरिकों के लिए सभी पासपोर्ट से संबंधित सेवाएं प्रदान करना है।

17. * The PSP, approved by the Union Cabinet and launched in Public-Private Partnership mode with Tata Consultancy Services as service partner, aims "to deliver all Passport-related services to the citizens in a timely, transparent, more accessible, reliable manner & in a comfortable environment through streamlined processes and committed, trained & motivated workforce”.

* केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा अनुमोदित और सेवा भागीदार के रूप में टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सर्विसेज के साथ सार्वजनिक निजी भागीदारी विधि से प्रारंभ की गई पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना का उद्देश्य "नागरिकों को समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी और अपेक्षाकृत सुलभ, विश्वसनीय रूप में तथा सरल एवं कारगर प्रक्रिया और प्रतिबद्ध, प्रशिक्षित एवं प्रेरित कार्यबल के माध्यम से सुविधाजनक माहौल में पासपोर्ट संबंधी सभी सेवाएं प्रदान करना" है।
