1. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned duly authorised thereto by their respective Governments have signed this addendum to MOU.

जिसके साक्ष्यम में अधोहस्ता क्षरकर्ताओं ने अपनी-अपनी सरकारों द्वारा विधिवत प्राधिकृत होते हुए इस समझौता ज्ञापन के संलग्नअ पर हस्तानक्षर किए हैं।

2. These MOUs are renewed / signed afresh, from time to time, during which process any modifications are duly considered for inclusion.

इन समझौता ज्ञापनों/शर्तों को समय-समय पर नवीकृत/नए सिरे से हस्ताक्षरित किया जाता है, इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार के बदलाव को शामिल करने पर विचार किया जाता है।

3. These MOUs are renewed/signed afresh, from time to time, during which process any modifications are duly considered for inclusion.

समय-समय पर इन समझौता ज्ञापनों का नवीनीकरण किया जाता है/नए सिरे से हस्ताक्षर किए जाते हैं और इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी प्रकार के संशोधनों को शामिल करने पर विधिवत विचार किया जाता है।

4. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized by their respective Governments, have hereto signed this Memorandum and affixed hereto their seals.

जिनके साक्ष्य में अद्योहस्ताक्षरियों ने अपने संबंधित सरकारों द्वारा विधिवत प्राधिकृत किए जाने पर इस समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं तथा मुहर लगाई है।

5. 7. On the specific issue of testing of azo-dyes in textile products imported from Pakistan, India will consider for acceptance, certification by a laboratory duly accredited, as per international norms.

छ) पाकिस्तान से आयातित टेक्सटाइल उत्पादों में एज़ो-रंजकों के परीक्षण के विशिष्ट मसले पर भारत, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानकों के अनुसार विधिवत प्रत्यायित प्रयोगशाला द्वारा स्वीकृति, प्रमाणन पर विचार करेगा ।

छ) पाकिस्तान से आयातित टेक्सटाइल उत्पादों में एज़ो-रंजकों के परीक्षण के विशिष्ट मसले पर भारत, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानकों के अनुसार विधिवत प्रत्यायित प्रयोगशाला द्वारा स्वीकृति, प्रमाणन पर विचार करेगा ।

7. Thus , while the extremely complex system represented by the bacterial cell has not only been conserved but has actually multiplied several billion - fold , thermodynamic debt corresponding to the operation has been duly paid .

8. Recognition is normally accorded on the basis of a country having a defined territory, a duly constituted Government in charge which is accepted by the people and which has effective control over an area of governance.

यह मान्यता सामान्यतया किसी देश के विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र, नियंत्रण करने वाली ऐसी विधिवत गठित सरकार के आधार पर प्रदान की जाती है जिसे जनता ने स्वीकार कर लिया हो और जिसका शासन-क्षेत्र पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण हो।

9. No amendment to or modification of the Additional Terms will be binding unless (x) in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Google, (y) Company accepts updated terms online, or (z) Company continues to use the Platform Home after Google has posted updates to the Additional Terms.

'दूसरी शर्तों' का ऐसा कोई भी संशोधन या बदलाव आपको उनका पालन करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं करेगा. इसके लिए यह ज़रूरी है कि (x) उसे Google से मंज़ूरी वाले प्रतिनिधि ने लिखा और हस्ताक्षर किया हो (y) 'कंपनी' ने अपडेट की गई शर्तों को ऑनलाइन स्वीकार किया हो या (z) जब Google 'दूसरी शर्तों' में अपडेट पोस्ट कर दे उसके बाद भी 'कंपनी' 'प्लैटफ़ॉर्म' होम पेज का इस्तेमाल करती रहे.
