1. In 1950, Enrico Tortonese examined the Nice and Cayenne specimens of S. tudes (the Coromandel specimen having been lost in the interim) and concluded that they were not great hammerheads, but rather the same species as S. bigelowi.

2. This Order shall be cited as “The Republican Order No. 24/2016 Directing and Instructing the Ministerial Committee of the Transitional Government of National Unity charged with the implementation of the United Nations Security Council-Transitional Government of National Unity Communiqué of 4 September 2016 and United Nations Security Council resolution 2304 (2016) to expedite and complete its work within 14 days from the date of signing this Order, 2016 A.D”, and shall come into force on the date of its signature by the President of the Republic.

Настоящий Указ именуется «Указ Президента Республики No 24/2016, предписывающий Министерскому комитету Переходного правительства национального единства, отвечающему за осуществление положений коммюнике Совета Безопасности Организации Объединенных Наций и Переходного правительства национального единства от 4 сентября 2016 года и резолюции 2304 (2016) Совета Безопасности Организации Объединенных Наций, ускорить свою работу и завершить ее в течение 14 дней с даты подписания настоящего Указа 2016 года» и вступает в силу с даты его подписания Президентом Республики.
