1. During boiling, water in the wort evaporates, but the sugars and other components of the wort remain; this allows more efficient use of the starch sources in the beer.

2. After some two hours of boiling, the wort is cooled to the required temperature.

तकरीबन दो घंटे उबालने के बाद वॉर्ट को एक तय किए गए तापमान तक ठंडा किया जाता है।

3. This step lasts more than four hours and produces the wort, which is then filtered to remove impurities.

ऐसा चार से भी ज़्यादा घंटे तक चलता है जिसके बाद वॉर्ट तैयार होता है। वॉर्ट से गंदगी निकालने के लिए उसे छाना जाता है।

4. Simple sugars contained in the wort are, by means of the yeast, converted to alcohol and carbon dioxide.

वॉर्ट में यीस्ट मिलाया जाता है जिससे शर्करा, ऐल्कोहॉल और कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड में तबदील हो जाती है।
