2. * The two sides noted with satisfaction the successful completion of bilateral negotiations culminating in the signing of a bilateral Protocol on Belarus' accession to World Trade Organization.

* दोनों पक्षों ने द्विपक्षीय वार्ता के सफलतापूर्वक पूरे होने पर संतोष व्यक्त किया जिसके फलस्वरूप विश्व व्यापार संगठन में बेलारूस के प्रवेश के संबंध में द्विपक्षीय प्रोटोकॉल पर हस्ताक्षर किए जा सके ।

3. His Excellency President Nursultan Nazarbayev welcomed signing of Bilateral Protocol of Accession of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization and thanked the Government of India for their support on this issue.

महामहिम राष्ट्रपति नजरबायेव ने विश्व व्यापार संगठन में कजाकिस्तान के अधिमिलन से संबध्द द्विपक्षीय प्रोतोकोल पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाने का स्वागत किया और इस मुद्दे पर समर्थन के लिए भारत सरकार को धन्यवाद दिया।
