6. (c) Under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations the members of the family of a diplomatic agent forming part of his household shall enjoy the privileges and immunities enumerated in the relevant provisions and clauses, inclusive of personal inviolability of a diplomatic agent, absolute immunity from criminal jurisdiction of the receiving state etc. as set out in the Convention.

(ग) राजनयिक संबंधों पर वियना अभिसमय के अंतर्गत किसी राजनयिक एजेंट के परिवार के सदस्य, जो उसके घर के भाग हैं, संगत उपबंधों एवं धाराओं में विनिर्दिष्ट सुविधाओं एवं उन्मुक्तियों का उपभोग करेंगे, जिसमें अभिसमय में निर्धारित एक राजनयिक एजेंट की अनतिक्रम्यता, प्राप्तकर्ता राज्य के आपराधिक क्षेत्राधिकार से पूर्ण उन्मुक्ति शामिल है।
