45. The process of Master Planning of the four nodes namely, Vishakhapalnam, Machilipatnam, Donakonda and Srikalahasti-Yerpedu of Andhra Pradesh, as identified by ADB in their CDP commenced in March 2016 and is likely to be completed by March 2017.

46. The problem of ground - water pollution is so serious in Andhra Pradesh that water from the open wells and bore wells in the Hussainsagar area ( Hyderabad ) , especially at Domalguda , Ashok Nagar and Himayat Nagar emanate a pungent odour .

47. (a) whether numerous instances of violation of line of actual control by China and crossing over of its troops into Indian territory particularly in Arunachal Pradesh during the last three years and the current year come to the notice of the Government;

48. Indian experts had earlier identified and proposed a project with a large storage potential on the Siang (Brahmaputra) in Arunachal Pradesh which had adequate capacity to absorb the flood flows and also to even out water-level fluctuations caused by upstream projects.

During the rainy season the river waters will actually enter huge areas of North East including Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and adjoining areas and our neighbouring country Bangladesh also will be totally drowned, severe damage will be caused, lakhs of people will be rendered homeless, and property will be damaged.

बरसात के मौसम के दौरान नदी का पानी वास्तव में उत्तर पूर्व के विशाल क्षेत्रों में प्रवेश करेगा जिसमें अरूणाचल प्रदेश एवं असम तथा आसपास के क्षेत्र और हमारा पड़ोसी देश बंग्लादेश भी पूरी तरह से डूब जाएंगे, गंभीर क्षति पहुंचेगी, लाखों लोग बेघर हो जाएंगे तथा संपत्ति को भारी नुकसान होगा।

50. Because there is no common definition for assessing when a child is considered to no longer be attending school, various states have different norms: in Karnataka, students are regarded as having dropped out of school after seven days of unexplained absence, in Andhra Pradesh it is a month, and in Chhattisgarh and Bihar it is three months.

क्योंकि इसका आंकलन करने की आम परिभाषा नहीं है कि कब यह माना जाए कि बच्चे ने स्कूल जाना पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया है, विभिन्न राज्यों के अलग-अलग नियम हैं: कर्नाटक में यदि बच्चा बिना बताए सात दिन अनुपस्थित रहता है तो मान लिया जाता है कि उसने स्कूल छोड़ दिया है, आँध्र प्रदेश में यह अवधि एक महीना है और छत्तीसगढ़ तथा बिहार में यह अवधि तीन महीने है।

51. (v) Vizag Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC):- In compliance of the commitment made by the Central Government in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014, it was decided by the Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India that Asian Development Bank (ADB) which had been getting a feasibility study done in r/o East Coast Economic Corridor (ECEC) will also take up the study of VCIC as Phase I of ECEC.

(5) वाइज़ैग चेन्नई औद्योगिक गलियारा (वीसीईसी) : आंध्र प्रदेश पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2014 में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा की गई प्रतिबद्धता के अनुपालन में, भारत सरकार के आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग द्वारा यह तय किया गया था कि एशियाई विकास बैंक जो व्यवहार्यता अध्ययन ईस्ट कोस्ट इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर (ईसीईसी) के लिए करवाता आ रहा था वो अब ईसीईसी के पहले चरण के तौर पर वीसीआईसी का भी ऐसा अध्ययन करवाएगा।
