सरकार ने कश्मीअर के संबंध में पाकिस्तापन के पक्ष से संबंधित उनकी सभी कार्रवाई एवं वक्तरव्योंर को स्पेष्टा तौर पर पूरी तरह से खारिज कर दिया है।

5. Government has completely and unequivocally rejected in entirety all such actions and statements by Pakistan regarding Jammu & Kashmir, which is an integral and inalienable part of India.

जम्मू और कश्मीर जो कि भारत का एक अभिन्न एवं अविभाज्य हिस्सा है, के संबंध में सरकार ने पाकिस्तान की इस प्रकार कार्रवाइयों तथा वक्तव्यों को पूर्णतः एवं स्पष्ट तौर पर खारिज कर दिया है।

6. * The two leaders unequivocally condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and stress that there can be no justification whatsoever for any act of terrorism.

* दोनों नेता सभी रूपों में आतंकवाद की स्पष्ट निंदा करते हैं और इस तथ्य पर बल देते हैं कि आतंकवाद के किसी कृत्य का कोई औचित्य नहीं हो सकता ।
