गत पांच वर्षों के दौरान कैलास-मानसरोवर यात्रा के लिए के एम वी एन को किए गए भुगतान, संभारतंत्रीय व्यवस्थाएंं, संचार-संपर्क तथा प्रचार पर सरकार द्वारा किया गया व्यय निम्नलिखित है :

2. The subsidy on chemical fertilizers may be reduced and correspondingly subsidy on compost may be increased to promote the use of compost.

रासायनिक उर्वरकों पर सब्सिडी घटाई जा सकती है और दूसरी ओर खाद पर दी जाने वाली सब्सिडी में बढ़ोतरी की जा सकती है, ताकि खाद के उपयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जा सके।

3. It has been recommended to reduce the subsidy on chemical fertilizer and increase the subsidy on compost to encourage its use.

यह सिफारिश भी की गई है कि रासायनिक उर्वरक पर सब्सिडी कम की जाए और कम्पोस्ट खाद को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए उस पर सब्सिडी बढ़ाई जाए।
