1. Let me make absolutely clear that in Britain we have introduced anti-bribery legislation that is probably the strongest anywhere in the world, and we will root out any problems of bribery or corruption wherever they appear and whenever they appear.

2. * To root out terrorism, taking into account its linkages with illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and small arms and to make coordinated and concerted efforts to combat terrorism; and call for an early conclusion of the proposed UN Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism and completion of the ratification of the SAARC Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters.

* स्वापक औषधियों, मन:प्रभावी पदार्थों एवं छोटे हथियारों की अवैध ट्रैफिकिंग के साथ आतंकवाद की सहलग्नताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए इसका जड़ से उन्मूलन करना और आतंकवाद से लड़ने के लिए समन्वित एवं समवेत ढंग से प्रयास करना; और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आतंकवाद पर प्रस्तावित यूएन व्यापक अभिसमय की शीघ्र निष्पत्ति एवं आपराधिक मामलों में पारस्परिक सहायता पर सार्क अभिसमय की पुष्टि को पूरा करने के लिए आह्वान करना।
