1. The MoU will help in understanding the system of customer oriented public service delivery in Portugal with reference to rapidly changing environments in the area of public service management and enable in replicating, adapting and innovating some of the best practices and processes in the Indian Public Service Delivery System, leading to improved public service delivery in India.

यह एमओयू लोक सेवा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में तेजी से बदलते हुए परिवेश और भारतीय सेवा सुपुर्दुगी प्रणाली में कुछ सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रथाओं और प्रक्रियाओं के संदर्भ में पुर्तगाल के साथ लोक सेवा सुपुर्दुगी उपभोक्ता अभिमुखी प्रणाली में मदद करेगा।

9. Exchange of working or study visits, trainers, lecturers etc. with a view to sharing respective knowledge and experience; organization of customized capacity building programmes in the area of public governance and leadership, public administration, innovation of public service, joint courses, joint research activities, exchange of best practices etc.

संबंधित ज्ञान और अनुभव साझा करने के उद्देश्य से कामकाजी या अध्ययन यात्राओं, प्रशिक्षकों, व्याख्याताओं आदि का आदान-प्रदान; सार्वजनिक प्रशासन और नेतृत्व, सार्वजनिक प्रशासन, सार्वजनिक सेवा का नवाचार, संयुक्त पाठ्यक्रम, संयुक्त अनुसंधान गतिविधियों, सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं का आदान-प्रदान आदि के क्षेत्र में अनुकूलित क्षमता निर्माण कार्यक्रमों का गठन।

10. The MoU intends cooperation between India and Belgium including sharing of best practices in the area of ICT&E policy; Digital agenda technology and research with special emphasis on developing ICT&E manufacturing and services; e-Governance and e-Public Service Delivery, participation in conferences, study visits and exchange of experts, cyber security and to resolve issues of data adequacy, market access, trade and services.

सहमति-ज्ञापन के तहत सूचना संचार प्रोद्योगिकी एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक नीति, सूचना संचार प्रोद्योगिकी एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक क्षेत्र में निर्माण एवं सेवाओं के विकास पर विशेष बल देते हुए अनुसंधान तथा डिजिटल एजेंडा प्रौद्योगिकी, ई-शासन, ई-जनसेवा आपूर्ति, सम्मेलनों में भागीदारी, अध्ययन एवं विशेषज्ञों के आदान-प्रदान, साइबर सुरक्षा, आंकड़ा उपयुक्तता के मुद्दों का निपटारा, बाजार पहुंच, कारोबार और सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में श्रेष्ठ व्यावहारों में भागीदारी की जाएगी।
