2. (a) & (b) In pursuance of Para 4(6) of Gazette notification No.

3. Tatkal fees as mentioned at Para 1 above would be payable in all Tatkal categories.

सभी तत्काल वर्गों में तत्काल शुल्क उपर्युक्त पैरा 1 में उल्लिखित के अनुसार देय होगा ।

4. The two sides agreed on the need to promote balanced bilateral trade and to address para-tariff and non-tariff barriers.

दोनों पक्षों ने बंगलादेश के उत्पादों के लिए संतुलित द्विपक्षीय व्यापार को बढ़ावा देने की आवश्यकता पर और पैरा टैरिफ और गैर टैरिफ बाधाओं के निवारण पर सहमति व्यक्त की।

मिसाइलों ने पायलट लेस लक्ष्य विमान (पीटीए) को निशाना बनाया, मानव रहित वायुयान (यूएवी) 'बैनशी' और एक पैरा बैरल लक्ष्य को दो बार टारगेट किया गया था।

7. In addition to pole sports, the IPSF has created codes and standards for competitions in the disciplines of ultra pole, artistic pole, and para pole.

अनुशासन पोल खेलों के अलावा IPSF ने अल्ट्रा पोल, कलात्मक पोल और पैरा पोल धाराओं में आयोजित प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए भी नियमावलियाँ और मानक बनाए हैं।

8. 4. The necessary certificate in respect of categories at Para 2(B) and 3 above will be given in duplicate by the certifying authority indicating clearly the full name, designation and address of the certifying authority.

* उपर्युक्त पैरा 2 (ख) और 3 में उल्लिखित वर्गों के संबंध में आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र प्रमाणकर्त्ता प्राधिकारी द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से प्रमाणकर्त्ता प्राधिकारी का पूरा नाम, पद और पता इंगित करते हुए दो प्रतियों में दिया जाएगा ।

9. (c) The Government provides facilities and assistance to the Haj pilgrims which include making arrangements for transportation and accommodation in Saudi Arabia, reception at embarkation points, setting up of dispensaries and medical units in Saudi Arabia, supply of medicines, temporary deputation of medical, para-medical and administrative staff.

(ग) सरकार हज यात्रियों के लिए सुविधाएंं और सहायता उपलब्ध कराती है, जिनमें सउदी अरब में परिवहन और आवास की व्यवस्था, आगमन स्थल पर स्वागत, सउदी अरब में चिकित्सालय और औषधालय की स्थापना, चिकित्सकीय और अर्ध चिकित्सकीय एवं प्रशासनिक कर्मचारियों की अस्थायी प्रतिनियुक्त करना शामिल हैं ।

10. (ii). In case the entity is also engaged in any other 18 Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFC) activities, then the foreign investment in the company setting up WLA, shall also have to comply with minimum capitalization norms for foreign investments in NBFC activities, as provided in Para 6.2.18.8.2 of the Consolidated FDI Policy Circular 2015.

(2). अगर कोई निकाय किसी अन्य 18 गैर-बैंकिंग वित्त कंपनियों (एनबीएफसी) से जुड़ी गतिविधियों में भी संलग्न हो, तो डब्ल्यूएलए स्थापित करने वाली कंपनी में हुए विदेशी निवेश को भी एनबीएफसी से जुड़ी गतिविधियों में विदेशी निवेश के लिए तय न्यूनतम पूंजीकरण मानकों के अनुरूप रखना होगा, जिसका उल्लेख समेकित एफडीआई नीति सर्कुलर 2015 के पैरा 6.2.18.8.2 में किया गया है।
