विदेश मंत्री श्री एस एम कृष्णा, एक उच्चस्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ 18 - 19 सितंबर, 2009 को तुर्कमेनिस्तान की सरकारी यात्रा पर गए । इस यात्रा के दौरान विदेश मंत्री और उनके तुर्कमेनिस्तानी समकक्ष द्वारा दोनों विदेश कार्यालयों के बीच एक सहयोग कार्यक्रम पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए ।

73. This means that as technology, data, and data users and providers make rapid advances, cooperation among diverse actors – governments, national statistics offices, donor agencies, global and local NGOs, academic and research institutions, the private sector and others – will be needed.

इसका अर्थ यह है कि जैसे-जैसे प्रौद्योगिकी, डेटा, और डेटा उपयोगकर्ताओं और प्रदाताओं के मामले में तीव्र गति से प्रगति होती है, विभिन्न पक्षों - सरकारों, राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालयों, दाता एजेंसियों, वैश्विक और स्थानीय गैर सरकारी संगठनों, शैक्षणिक और शोध संस्थानों, निजी क्षेत्र और अन्यों - के बीच सहयोग की आवश्यकता होगी।

74. (v) That recruitment agencies, offices or companies of both countries shall not charge or deduct from the salary of the General Category Worker any cost attendant to his/her recruitment and deployment or impose any kind of unauthorized salary deductions;

(v) यह कि दोनों देशों की भर्ती एजेंसियां, कार्यालय अथवा कंपनियां सामान्य श्रेणी के कार्मिकों के वेतन में से उनकी भर्ती करने तथा नियुक्त करने के लिए कोई प्रभार नहीं लगाएंगे अथवा कटौती नहीं करेंगे और किसी भी प्रकार की अप्राधिकृत वेतन कटौती नहीं करेंगे।

75. With the implementation of Passport Seva Project (PSP), the Ministry has established 89 Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) in various States/Union Territories as the extended arms of the existing 38 Passport Offices to provide easy access points for passport services.

पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना के कार्यान्विथत होने के साथ मंत्रालय ने पासपोर्ट सेवाओं हेतु पहुंच को आसान बनाने के लिए मौजूदा 38 पासपोर्ट कार्यालयों के विस्ता्रिक अंगों के रूप में विभिन्न राज्योंे/केन्द्रा शासित प्रदेशों में 89 पासपोर्ट सेवा केन्द्रप (पीएसके) स्थासपित किए हैं।

76. (c) & (d) Yes, the Ministry issued an advisory in June, 2012 to all Regional Passport Offices in the country to introduce walk in facility to ease availability of on line appointment and facilitate easy submission of forms for passport applications under following categories:-

(ग) एवं (घ) जी, हां। मंत्रालय ने जून, 2012 में देश में सभी क्षेत्रीय पासपोर्ट कार्यालयों को निम्नलिखित श्रेणीयों के आवेदकों के लिए ऑनलाइन मुलाकात को आसान बनाने तथा उनसे आवेदन प्राप्त करने के बावत वॉक इन सुविधा शुरू करने के लिए एडवाइजरी जारी की हैः-

77. To address this aspect, I will be launching a pilot project next week in Bengaluru to link Passport offices directly with the police stations, which is expected to reduce the time taken for issuance of police verification, thus, speedier issue of passports.

इस पहलू का समाधान करने के लिए मैं अगले हफ्ते बेंगलुरु में एक प्रायोगिक परियोजना का शुभारंभ करूंगा जिसके फलस्वरूप पासपोर्ट कार्यालयों को सीधे पुलिस स्टेशनों से जोड़ दिया जाएगा। आशा है कि इससे पुलिस जांच जारी करने में लाग्ने वाले समय में कमी आएगी और पासपोर्ट शीघ्रता से जारी किए जा सकेंगे।

78. (a) to (c) As part of the Passport Seva Project (PSP), a Mission Mode Project, implemented by the Government with a view to comprehensively overhaul passport issuance system, 77 Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) have been set up and operationalised as extended arms of the existing 37 Passport Offices across the country.

(क) से (ग) सरकार द्वारा पासपोर्ट जारीकरण प्रणाली के व्यापक नवीकरण के उद्देश्य से पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना (पीएसपी) के भाग के रूप में मिशन मोड परियोजना को कार्यान्वित किया गया था, देशभर में मौजूदा 37 पासपोर्ट कार्यालयों की विस्तारित शाखाओं के तौर पर 77 पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र संस्थापित तथा प्रचालित किए गए।

79. December, 2013. Likewise, details of Indian nationals employed by the U.S. officials serving in the U.S. Consulates or its associated offices in domestic service duties of any description, together with copies of contracts including of emoluments paid and bank accounts in which these emoluments are being transferred, as well as the PAN in each case.

आगे बढ़ते हुए हमने राज्य प्रोटोकाल से यह भी अनुरोध किया है कि वे पहचान पत्र जारी करने से संबंधित विभिन्न स्वीकृतियों, अनुमोदनों, व्यक्तिगत प्रभावों की स्वीकृतियों, कार की बिक्री, खरीद, शराब, खाद्य आदि की आयात शुल्क मुक्त छूट प्रमाणपत्र के लिए आवेदनों पर आगे की कार्रवाई न करें।
