74. I want to express my deep gratitude to Ambassador Haley for her outstanding leadership in counter-narcotics at the United Nations, along with the dedicated work of our great Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, who’s done an absolutely fantastic job, and Ambassador John Bolton.

(e) & (f) Since ‘Law & Order’ is a State subject, and since illegal agents mostly operate from the territory of States, it is the prime responsibility of State Governments to stop illegal activities of such fake recruitment agencies and take action to apprehend and prosecute them, after investigations.

These cowardly attacks once again bring in sharp focus the inhumane suffering inflicted on the peace loving people of the region by the abominable phenomenon of international terrorism, which sadly continues to have its epicentre in our region and is pursued brazenly as an instrument of state policy to achieve narrow political objectives.

In a special ceremony, The King conferred the highest honour of Swaziland, the Order of the Lion, on President Kovind, in recognition of the fact that he was the first Indian Head of State to visit the Kingdom, and for acknowledging the contributions made by India for advancing Eswatini’s (Swaziland's) development agenda, including through the new initiatives announced during the present visit.
