1. It will remain valid and in effect until such time as the State Parties decide to abrogate it or amend it or decide to replace it with another legal instrument.

2. Ministers emphasized that the negotiations at the forthcoming ADP sessions should focus on the core provisions to be included in a protocol, another legal instrument or agreed outcome with legal force under the Convention.

सभी मंत्रियों ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि आगामी ए डी पी सत्रों में वार्ता के तहत प्रोटोकाल में शामिल होने वाले प्रमुख प्रावधानों, अन्य कानूनी लिखत या अभिसमय के साथ कानूनी बल के साथ सहमत परिणाम पर बल दिया।

They reaffirm that the protocol, another legal instrument or agreed outcome with legal force under the Convention applicable to all Parties shall address in a balanced manner, inter alia, mitigation, adaptation, finance, technology development and transfer, and capacity-building, and transparency of action and support.

उन्होंने इस बात की पुष्टि की कि सभी पक्षकारों पर लागू अभिसमय के तहत प्रोटोकॉल, अन्य कानूनी लिखत या कानूनी बल के साथ सहमत परिणाम संतुलित ढंग से प्राप्त किए जाएंगे जिसमें अन्य बातों के साथ उपशमन, अनुकूलन, वित्त पोषण, प्रौद्योगिकी विकास एवं अंतरण तथा क्षमता निर्माण और कारोबारी एवं सहायता में पारदर्शिता शामिल है।
