4. (b) The Ministry has already been utilizing the services of Common Services Centers (CSCs) with a view to extend its digital outreach to rural hinterland.

5. Our interaction with Singapore has provided us the opportunity for interaction with a technologically advanced and efficient system in Asia and also a launching pad for our enhanced engagement in the ASEAN hinterland.
