19. (ii). In case the entity is also engaged in any other 18 Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFC) activities, then the foreign investment in the company setting up WLA, shall also have to comply with minimum capitalization norms for foreign investments in NBFC activities, as provided in Para 6.2.18.8.2 of the Consolidated FDI Policy Circular 2015.

(2). अगर कोई निकाय किसी अन्य 18 गैर-बैंकिंग वित्त कंपनियों (एनबीएफसी) से जुड़ी गतिविधियों में भी संलग्न हो, तो डब्ल्यूएलए स्थापित करने वाली कंपनी में हुए विदेशी निवेश को भी एनबीएफसी से जुड़ी गतिविधियों में विदेशी निवेश के लिए तय न्यूनतम पूंजीकरण मानकों के अनुरूप रखना होगा, जिसका उल्लेख समेकित एफडीआई नीति सर्कुलर 2015 के पैरा 6.2.18.8.2 में किया गया है।
