8. A joint study by designated agencies of the two Governments and Chambers of Commerce & Industry was recommended with a view to identify measures, which would deepen economic engagement. The leaders welcomed the signing of the Agreement on Trade and Economic Cooperation and hoped that this would pave the way for enhanced economic engagement.
