यह समझौता 3 वर्ष के लिए विधिमान्य रहेगा । इसमें उदार प्रक्रिया के साथ भारत और भूटान के बीच नियमित मुक्त व्यापार व्यवस्था तथा तीसरे देशों के साथ भूटान के पारगमन व्यापार के लिए अतिरिक्त सुविधाओं और रूटों का प्रावधान है ।

42. The bilateral agreement on trade, commerce and transit provides for continued free-trade arrangements between India and Bhutan with simplified procedures and additional facilities and sixteen entry/exit points in India for Bhutan's trade with third countries.

व्यापार, वाणिज्य और पारगमन संबंधी द्विपक्षीय समझौता, भारत और भूटान के बीच नियमित मुक्त व्यापार व्यवस्था का प्रावधान करता है जिसकी उदार प्रक्रिया है, अतिरिक्त सुविधाएं हैं तथा अन्य देशों के साथ भूटान के व्यापार के लिए भारत में 16 प्रवेश और निकास स्थल हैं ।

43. Under the South Asian Free Trade Area Agreement, Government of India has reduced the items in the Sensitive List for the Least Developed Countries, namely, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Maldives, from 480 to 25 tariff lines.
