9. In this context, Belarus welcomes India’s application for membership in the Nuclear Suppliers Group and believes that India’s admission into the Group would strengthen global non-proliferation objectives.

इस संदर्भ में, बेलारूस परमाणु आपूर्ति ग्रुप में सदस्यता के लिए भारत के आवेदन का स्वागत करता है तथा विश्वास करता है कि उसका इस समूह में प्रवेश वैश्विक नि:शस्त्रीकरण उद्देश्यों को सुदृढ़ बनाएगा।

10. Both India and Belarus, as responsible members of the international community, reiterated their commitment to the objective of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery.

12. Both sides agreed to consider the possibility of a Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement taking into account the implementation of the agreements on constituting the Customs Union between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, after due consultation with all parties involved.

दोनों पक्षों ने रूस, कजाकिस्तान और बेलारूस के बीच सीमाशुल्क संघ का गठन किए जाने से संबंधित करारों के कार्यान्वयन को ध्यान में रखते हुए इसमें शामिल सभी पक्षकारों के साथ विधिवत विचार-विमर्श करने के उपरान्त व्यापक आर्थिक सहयोग करार की संभावना पर विचार करने पर अपनी सहमति व्यक्त की।

रूस, बेलारूस के ठग एवं निरंकुश शासन पर कम ऊर्जा मूल्यों के माध्यम से बहाता रहता है और जार्जिया से टूट कर अलग हुए क्षेत्रों अब्खाजिया एवं दक्षिण ओसेटिया को लगभग 1.5 बिलियन अ. डॅालर देता है तथा रूस द्वारा इसे एक स्वायत्त राज्य की मान्यता प्रदान कर दी गयी है।
