पाषाण के निर्माण में प्राप्त अनुभव और जानकारी , तकनीकी और अभिकल्पन और वर्गीकृत आगम तथा शिल्प ग्रंथों में केद्रींभूत रूपाकारों और मानंदडों के साथ अनुवर्ती समय में मंदिर निर्माण में विशेष रूप से दक्षिण भारत और श्रीलंका के महान मंदिरों के निर्माण की बहुत गतिविधि देखी गई .

70. In Barker v Cox (1876) 4 Ch D 464 the purchaser of property which was included in a matrimonial settlement paid the price in advance to one of the trustees, and the purchaser was held to have an equitable lien in investments which the trustees subsequently acquired with the purchase price.

71. The importance which this case has acquired both in legal history and the hstory of this State , and I make bold to say also in the history of India as a whole , is fully reflected by the fact that great personalities of India like Mahatma Gandhi , Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru , Maulana Abul Kalam Azad , Sardar Vallabhai Patel have somehow or the other been brought within the orbit of this case because they have taken interest in its development and successful defence .

और मैं यह कहने का साहस रखता हूं कि पूरे भारत के इतिहास में , इस मुकदमें ने जो महत्व अर्जित किया है , वह इस तथ्य से प्रतिबिंबित होता है कि भारत के महान नेता महात्मा गांधी , पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू , मौलाना अबुल कलाम आजाद और सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल आदि बचाव पक्ष की सफलता और प्रगति में दिलचस्पी लेने के कारण किसी न किसी तरह इस मुकदमे के घेरे में आ गये हैं .

72. * Since its specific formulation in 1991, and I say specific because elements of India's Look East Policy could be found in our foreign policy even before but merely acquired a more deliberate character and formulation in keeping with the growing capacities of India and South East Asia at the time, India has been pursuing active constructive engagement with ASEAN, and South East Asia through its dialogue partnership with ASEAN and through fora such as ARF, the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical Cooperation (BIMSTEC), the Mekong Ganga Cooperation (MGC) and now the East Asia Summit.
