1. In the case of a cif delivery, the successful tenderer must also submit the health attestation referred to in Article 4 (4) (d), as well as a copy of the marine insurance policy and a certified true copy of the non-negotiable bill of lading and, where appropriate, of the contract of affreightment.

Pour une livraison à effectuer caf, l'adjudicataire doit en outre produire l'attestation sanitaire visée à l'article 4 paragraphe 4 sous d) ainsi qu'une copie de la police d'assurance maritime et une copie certifiée conforme du connaissement non négociable et, le cas échéant, du contrat d'affrètement.
