1. In the case of a cif delivery, the successful tenderer must also submit the health attestation referred to in Article 4 (4) (d), as well as a copy of the marine insurance policy and a certified true copy of the non-negotiable bill of lading and, where appropriate, of the contract of affreightment.

Für eine cif-Lieferung muß der Zuschlagsempfänger ferner das in Artikel 4 Absatz 4 Buchstabe d) genannte Gesundheitsattest sowie eine Abschrift der Seeversicherungspolice und eine beglaubigte Abschrift des nicht begebbaren Konnossements und gegebenenfalls des Frachtvertrags vorlegen.
