It thus precludes any formal finding and even any allusion to the liability of an accused person for a particular infringement in a final decision unless that person has enjoyed all the usual guarantees accorded for the exercise of the rights of the defence in the normal course of proceedings resulting in a decision on the merits of the case.

9. It may, additionally, violate national law - in those Member States which have exercised their right under Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997(4) (on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts) to ban the marketing of certain products by distance contracts where they adjudge this to be in the "in the general interest", and in those which have accorded pharmacists a monopoly of the sale of medicines.

Der Verkauf von Arzneimitteln im Internet kann auch einen Verstoß gegen einzelstaatliches Recht darstellen. Dies trifft zu, wenn Mitgliedstaaten in Übereinstimmmung mit der Richtlinie 97/7/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 20. Mai 1997 über den Verbraucherschutz bei Vertragsabschlüssen im Fernabsatz(4) den Vertrieb von Arzneimitteln im Fernabsatz im öffentlichen Interesse verboten oder Apotheken das Verkaufsmonopol für Arzneimittel zuerkannt haben.

10. “The Security Council reiterates its deep concern at the continuing Israeli violations of Lebanese air space, appeals to all parties concerned to respect the cessation of hostilities and the Blue Line in its entirety, to refrain from any act of provocation, and to abide scrupulously by their obligation to respect the safety of the UNIFIL and other United Nations personnel, including by avoiding any course of action which endangers United Nations personnel and by ensuring UNIFIL is accorded full freedom of movement throughout its area of operation.

Der Sicherheitsrat bekundet erneut seine tiefe Besorgnis über die fortdauernden Verletzungen des libanesischen Luftraums durch Israel und appelliert an alle beteiligten Parteien, die Einstellung der Feindseligkeiten und die gesamte Blaue Linie zu achten, jegliche Provokationshandlung zu unterlassen und ihre Verpflichtung zur Achtung der Sicherheit der UNIFIL und des sonstigen Personals der Vereinten Nationen streng einzuhalten, namentlich indem sie jedes Vorgehen vermeiden, das das Personal der Vereinten Nationen gefährdet, und indem sie sicherstellen, dass die UNIFIL in ihrem gesamten Einsatzgebiet uneingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit besitzt.
