1. ‘하느님의 이름이 [여러분] 때문에 이방 사람들 가운데서 모독을 당하고 있[습니다].’”

For ‘the name of God is being blasphemed on account of you people among the nations.’”

2. 27 ‘유다’와 ‘예루살렘’ 백성에 대한 이방 나라들의 징계 행위는 실제 박해로 행해졌읍니다.

27 The disciplinary action of the Gentile nations against the people of Judah and Jerusalem had been carried to the point of outright persecution.

(Acts 2:46, 47) In time, Jehovah caused the light to shine among the nations.

(Notice that the saving of “all Israel” is accomplished, not by conversion of all the Jews, but by the ‘coming in’ of people from Gentile nations.

Ever since apostasy took root among professed Christians, it could be said that “the name of God is being blasphemed on account of [those] people among the nations.”

(Acts 3:25, 26; Galatians 3:8, 9) In that initial fulfillment, people of the nations were anointed with holy spirit and adopted by Jehovah God as spiritual sons, brothers of Jesus Christ.

8. “그러자 그들[사도들과 그 밖의 유대인 그리스도인들]은 이 말을 듣고 묵묵히 수긍하였다. 그리고 하느님께 영광을 돌리며 ‘그러면 하느님께서 이방 사람들에게도 생명을 위한 회개를 주신 것입니다’ 하고 말하였다.”

The account tells us: “Now when they [the apostles and other Jewish Christians] heard these things, they acquiesced, and they glorified God, saying: ‘Well, then, God has granted repentance for the purpose of life to people of the nations also.’”

+ 24 By Jews I five times received forty strokes+ less one, 25 three times I was beaten with rods,+ once I was stoned,+ three times I experienced shipwreck,+ a night and a day I have spent in the deep; 26 in journeys often, in dangers from rivers, in dangers from highwaymen,+ in dangers from [my own] race,+ in dangers from the nations,+ in dangers in the city,+ in dangers in the wilderness, in dangers at sea, in dangers among false brothers, 27 in labor and toil, in sleepless nights+ often, in hunger and thirst,+ in abstinence from food+ many times, in cold and nakedness.
