2. 원리는 순서에 상관 없이 다룰 수 있으며, 와드 평의회에서 지시하지 않는 한, 모임의 참여자들이 다음에 토론할 주제를 선택할 수 있다.

The principles may be addressed in any order, and unless otherwise directed by the ward council, the participants in the meeting may choose the next principle to be discussed.
