1. Of 68 Brachiocephalic arteries, 53 exhibited hemodynamically significant stenoses, including 21 that were totally occluded

2. A CT scan is the diagnostic tool of choice; alternatively, in hemodynamically unstable patients echocardiography may be preferred.
