본 발명에 따른 고전압 글로우 방전을 이용한 악취제거장치는 고전압 글로우 방전을 이용한 악취제거장치로서, 상기 장치는 서로 이격되며 접지된 복수 개의 제 1 전극(111); 및 상기 제 1 전극 사이에 이격되어 구비되며, 양면으로 돌출된 제 2 전극 핀(113)이 구비된 플레이트(112)를 포함하며, 여기에서 상기 제 2 전극 핀(113)에 전압을 인가함에 따라 상기 제 2 전극 핀에서 발생하는 글로우 방전에 의하여 내부로 유입되는 기체의 악취성분을 분해하며, 이때 상기 제 1 전극은 관 형 또는 플레이트 형이다.
