본 발명은 비할로겐 탄화수소계 용매 하에서 (메타)아크릴산 무수물 및 페놀류 화합물을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 고상의 (메타)아크릴산 페닐 에스테르를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 제조방법을 통하여 취급이 용이하지 않은 고상의 (메타)아크릴산 페닐 에스테르를 고수율 및 고순도로 제조하는 방법을 제공할 수 있으며, 반응 이후 별도 증류과정이 불필요하여 공정을 단순화시킬 수 있다.
