본 발명은 팜유 추출공정 폐수의 무방류 처리장치 및 그 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 삼상분리 디캔터를 통해 전처리된 팜유 추출공정 폐수를 유동상 미생물 담체가 충진된 혐기/호기조, 침지형 분리막, 전기산화 및 역삼투막의 일련의 과정을 거쳐 BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P 및 색도를 처리하는 동시에 분리 회수된 오일, 슬러지 및 최종 처리수는 재활용할 수 있는 팜유 추출공정 폐수 무방류 처리장치 및 이를 이용한 팜유 추출공정 폐수 처리방법에 관한 것이다.
