The present invention relates to an odour-scrubbing device using a liquid aqueous ozone generator, wherein the device is adapted to break down operating water and so make liquid aqueous ozone, such that not only is it possible to produce liquid aqueous ozone of highly outstanding efficacy and so achieve outstanding scrubbing efficiency, but also there is no risk that odours will be created by gaseous ozone or NOX, there is no need to introduce a neutralising agent due to acidification in the operating water, and it is extremely easy to regulate/adjust the ozone concentration of the liquid aqueous ozone.
