본 발명은 손상된 조직의 재생용 세포 또는 약물이 지지체 내에 시딩되어 있고, 상기 손상된 조직이 존재하는 장기에 직접 부착이 가능한, 생분해성 고분자 재질의 섬유형 다공성 삼차원 지지체를 포함하여 구성되는 손상된 조직 재생용 패치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 손상된 조직 재생용 패치는 조작(handling)이 쉽고, 이식 후 세포 생존 잔류성이 높아 세포이식이 필요한 질환 부위에서 세포 치료제의 치료 효능을 제고할 수 있다.
