5. In addition, our Mission in Moscow has posted an advisory on their website highlighting security risk for Indian students in Russia and advising them to be vigilant and exercise due caution and prudence in their movements.

In response to a media question, Official Spokesperson on February 29, 2016 noted that the Constitution of India guarantees fundamental rights to all its citizens, including minority communities and aberrations, if any, are dealt with by our internal processes which include our independent judiciary, autonomous National Human Rights Commission, vigilant media, and vibrant civil society.

मीडिया द्वारा पूछे गए प्रश्ना के उत्तेर में हमारे आधिकारिक प्रवक्ताे ने 29 फरवरी, 2016 को यह कहा कि भारत का संविधान अल्पासंख्यंक समुदाय सहित यहां के सभी नागरिकों को मौलिक अधिकारों की गारंटी देता है और इसके साथ की गई किसी भी प्रकार की छेड़छाड़ से हमारी आंतरिक व्यीवस्थाहएं समुचित तरीके से निपटती हैं जिनमें हमारी स्वरतंत्र न्यााय व्यदवस्थाक, स्वाीयत्तग राष्ट्रीरय मानवाधिकार आयोग, सजग मीडिया तथा जीवंत सभ्य समाज शामिल है।
