1. (a) Motor Vehicles Agreement for the Regulation of Passenger, Personal and Cargo Vehicular Traffic;

(क) यात्रियों, कार्मिकों और कार्गो व्हीकुलर ट्रैफिक के विनियमन के लिए मोटर वाहन करार;

2. * Both sides agreed that Government of India will set up a camp office in Biratnagar for facilitating movement of Nepali vehicular traffic through Bihar for improved access to other parts of Nepal till the Highway is repaired.

* दोनों पक्ष इस बात पर सहमत हुए कि भारत सरकार राजमार्ग की मरम्मत किए जाने तक बिहार के जरिए नेपाल के अन्य भागों में संपर्कों में सुधार लाने हेतु नेपाली वाहनों के यातायात की आवाजाही को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए बिराटनगर में एक शिविर कार्यालय खोलेगी ।

3. (a) whether it is a fact that a meeting of top officials from India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan has been called to fast track the process of sub-regional transport agreement for seamless movement of passengers vehicles across the four countries and would also address issues of connectivity across borders for smoother vehicular movement; and

(क) क्या यह सच है कि भारत, बांग्लादेश, नेपाल और भूटान के उच्च अधिकारियों की एक बैठक बुलाई गई है जिससे चारों देशों के बीच यात्री वाहनों की निर्बाध आवाजाही के लिए उप-क्षेत्रीय परिवहन समझौते की प्रक्रिया को त्वरित गति से पूरा किया जा सके और सीमा के आर-पार वाहनों के सुचारू रूप से आवागमन हेतु संपर्क संबंधी मुद्दों का समाधान भी हो सके; और

4. At the Retreat, it was agreed to intensify cooperation under BIMSTEC and an Action Plan was accordingly drawn up for implementation of initiatives that promote trade, transit and movement of vehicular traffic, enhancing connectivity, disaster management, information and intelligence sharing, coastal shipping, energy trade, technology transfer, combating terrorism, agriculture, economic, technical and infrastructure cooperation, and developing an Agenda for 2030.

रिट्रीट बैठक में, बिम्स्टेक के तहत सहयोग को गहन बनाने पर सहमति हुई और ऐसी पहलों को लागू करने हेतु तदुनसार कार्य-योजना तैयार की गयी जो कारोबार पारगमन तथा वाहनों की आवाजाही, कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाने, आपदा प्रबंधन, सूचना एवं आसूचना को साझा करने, तटीय नौकायन, ऊर्जा, व्यापार, प्रौद्योगिकी अंतरण, आतंकवाद का मुकाबला, कृषि, आर्थिक, तकनीकी एवं अवसंरचना सहयोग करने और वर्ष 2030 हेतु एक एजेंडा तैयार करने को बढ़ावा दे।
