(a) & (b) The Ministry of External Affairs has initiated selection of Consultants from the private sector and academia to work as International Relations Experts in the Policy Planning and Research Division with the objective of bringing in identified expertise relevant to the mandate of the Division.

(क) और (ख) विदेश मंत्रालय ने नीति योजना और अनुसंधान प्रभाग में, इसके अधिदेश के अनुरूप अभिज्ञात सुविज्ञता लाने के उद्देश्य से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संबंध विशेषज्ञों के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए निजी क्षेत्र से और शिक्षाविदों में से परामर्शदाताओं के चयन का कार्य आरंभ कर दिया है।

68. FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING the progress made against wildlife trafficking in the region through the financial and technical support and assistance from the international community in helping countries in EAS Countries to build resources, expertise and capacity to address the illegal exploitation and trade in wild fauna and flora.

वन्य जीव – जंतुओं एवं वनस्पतियों के गैर कानूनी शोषण एवं व्यापार से निपटने के लिए संसाधनों, विशेषज्ञता एवं क्षमता का निर्माण करने के लिए ई ए एस देशों में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय से वित्तीय एवं तकनीकी सहायता एवं समर्थन के माध्यम से इस क्षेत्र में वन्य जीव दुर्व्यापार के विरूद्ध हुई प्रगति को भी स्वीकार करते हुए,

69. Utilizing the extensive expertise available in the country, a hierarchy of on-site Cyber security architecture has been deployed and also a number of sophisticated products and services like secure network access system (SNAS) have been developed and deployed for protection of the cyber infrastructure in the country.

देश में उपलब्ध गहन विशेषज्ञता का प्रयोग करते हुए, कार्यस्थल पर साइबर सुरक्षा की संरचना का एक अनुक्रम नियुक्त किया गया है और देश में साइबर अवसंरचना की सुरक्षा के लिए सुरक्षित नेटवर्क पहुँच प्रणाली (एसएनएएस) जैसे परिष्कृत उत्पाद और सेवाएँ बड़ी संख्या में विकसित और प्रयुक्त किए गए हैं।

70. a) Exchanging information and expertise in Legislations in the tourism development, Hotels, resorts and tourist accommodation facilities, Tourism data and statistics, Exhibition events and other tourism activities in States of the Parties, Tourism development, planning and investment; Licensing, operating and marketing tourism facilities, Agricultural Tourism, Desert tourism etc.

ए) पर्यटन विकास होटल, पयर्टक स्थलों और पर्यटन से जुड़ी सुविधाएं, पर्यटन से जुड़े आंकड़े, दोनों देशों में पर्यटन पर आयोजित प्रदर्शनियां और पर्यटन से जुड़ी अन्य गतिविधियां, पर्यटन विकास,नियोजन और निवेश, लाइसेंश प्रणाली, पर्यटन सुविधाओं का परिचालन और विपणन, कृषि पर्यटन और रेगिस्तानी क्षेत्रों में पर्यटन से जुड़ी सूचनाओं और अनुभवों का आदान-प्रदान।

71. The Secretary and Minister appreciated the December announcement of the USAID and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) partnership to establish the Millennium Alliance, an innovative development concept to leverage Indian creativity, expertise, and resources to support solutions to benefit vulnerable populations across India and around the world.

अमरीकी विदेश मंत्री और भारत के विदेश मंत्री ने सहस्त्राब्दि संघ स्थापित करने हेतु यूएसएआईडी तथा भारतीय वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग परिसंघ (फिक्की) के बीच सहयोग किए जाने संबंधी दिसंबर माह में की गई घोषणा का स्वागत किया। यह संघ भारतीय सर्जनात्मकता, विशेषज्ञता और संसाधनों का उपयोग करने से संबंधित एक नई विकास विचारधारा होगी, जिसके जरिए भारत और संपूर्ण विश्व में कमजोर तबकों के लाभार्थ विभिन्न समाधानों का समर्थन किया जाएगा।

72. Keeping in view the success of the Netherlands side in river basin management planning/integrated water resources management, pollution abatement, decision support systems, delta management, water quality, waste water recycling and re-use etc. it has been decided to have an agreement with the Netherlands to benefit from their experience and expertise.

नदी बेसिन प्रबंधन नियोजन/एकीकृत जल संसाधन प्रबंधन प्रदूषण उपशमन, निर्णय समर्थन प्रणालियां, डेल्टा प्रबंधन, जल गुणवत्ता, अपशिष्ट जल रीसाइक्लिंग और पुनः प्रयोग आदि में नीदरलैंड की सफलता को ध्यान में रखते हुए नीदरलैंड के साथ करार करने का यह निर्णय लिया गया है जिससे कि उनके अनुभव और विशेषज्ञता का लाभ उठाया जा सके ।

73. In these meetings, the Indian leader, armed with the largest parliamentary majority in the last three decades, is expected to make a robust pitch for attracting American investments and seek the participation of US capital and expertise to actualise his vision of making India a manufacturing powerhouse and building 100 smart cities.

इन मुलाकातों में, विगत तीन दशकों में सबसे बड़े संसदीय बहुमत प्राप्त करने वाले भारतीय नेता से अपेक्षा की जा रही है कि वे अमरीकी निवेशों को आकर्षित करने तथा भारत को एक विनिर्माण पावरहाउस बनाने एवं 100 स्मार्ट शहरों का निर्माण करने के अपने स्वप्न को साकार करने के लिए अमरीकी पूँजी एवं विशेषज्ञता की भागीदारी प्राप्त करने का मजबूत आधार तैयार करेंगे।

74. Keeping in view the success of the European Union in distribution of water resources, water pricing, water use efficiency by encouraging the changes in agricultural practices necessary to protect water resources and quality, such as switching to less water-demanding crops, etc., it has been decided to have an agreement with Israel to benefit from their experience and expertise.

मूल्य, जल संसाधनों की सुरक्षा एवं गुणवत्ता और जल संसाधनों के वितरण में यूरोपीय संघ की सफलता को देखते हुए इजरायल के साथ एक करार करने का फैसला किया गया है ताकि उसके अनुभवों एवं विशेषज्ञता का लाभ लिया जा सके।
