1. (c) & (d) Afghan nationals displaced due to disturbances in their country have been allowed to stay in India as refugees on the basis of certificates issued by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) till they are rehabilitated in the third country by UNHCR.

(ग)और (घ) अपने देश में उपद्रवों के कारण विस्थापित हो गए अफगान राष्ट्रिकों को शरणार्थियों हेतु संयुक्त राष्ट्र हाई कमिश्नर (यू एन एच सी आर) द्वारा जारी किए गए प्रमाणपत्र के आधार पर भारत में शरणार्थियों के रूप में, जब तक यू एन एच सी आर द्वारा तृतीय देश में पुनर्वास नहीं होता, रहने की अनुमति दी गई है।
