1. But Pharʹaoh must stop trifling* with us by refusing to send the people away to sacrifice to Jehovah.”

मगर मुझे फिरौन से बस इतना कहना है कि वह हमसे और धोखा* न करे और हमारे लोगों को भेज दे ताकि वे यहोवा के लिए बलिदान चढ़ा सकें।”

2. Such maledictions also certified that there can be no trifling with God’s principles and purposes, nor can there be a despising of them.

ऐसे शापों ने यह भी प्रमाणित किया कि परमेश्वर के सिद्धान्तों और उद्देश्यों से खिलवाड़ नहीं किया जा सकता, ना ही उन्हें तुच्छ समझा जा सकता है।

कम ब्याज की दर पर रियायती ऋण भी क्रेड़िट लाइनों के माध्यम से दिये जा रहे हैं जो प्रमुखतया भारतीय मालों एवं सेवाओं के क्रय के साथ जुड़े हुए हैं और अफ्रीकी देश इनकी जोर-दार मांग कर रहे हैं।

4. And now Jehovah has spoken, saying: ‘Within three years, according to the years of a hired laborer, the glory of Moab must also be disgraced with much commotion of every sort, and those who remain over will be a trifling few, not mighty.’”

परन्तु अब यहोवा ने यों कहा है कि मज़दूरों के वर्षों के समान तीन वर्ष के भीतर मोआब का विभव और उसकी भीड़-भाड़ सब तुच्छ ठहरेगी; और थोड़े जो बचेंगे उनका कोई बल न होगा।”
