आगे बढ़ते हुए हमने राज्य प्रोटोकाल से यह भी अनुरोध किया है कि वे पहचान पत्र जारी करने से संबंधित विभिन्न स्वीकृतियों, अनुमोदनों, व्यक्तिगत प्रभावों की स्वीकृतियों, कार की बिक्री, खरीद, शराब, खाद्य आदि की आयात शुल्क मुक्त छूट प्रमाणपत्र के लिए आवेदनों पर आगे की कार्रवाई न करें।

65. * A Statement of Intent between NITI Aayog and UK’s Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has been signed which will enable the two sides to explore potential for regular engagement on technology co-operation in areas such as electric vehicles, AI, FinTech, and advanced manufacturing, as well as utilizing AI, big data and analytics capability for evidence based policy making.

* नीति आयोग और ब्रिटेन के व्यापार, ऊर्जा और औद्योगिक रणनीति विभाग (बीईआईएस) के बीच आशय के एक वक्तव्य पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए हैं, जो एआई, बिग डेटा और विश्लेषिकी क्षमता का उपयोग कर साक्ष्य आधारित नीति बनाने के लिए दोनों पक्षों को विद्युत वाहनों, एआई, फिनटेकऔर उन्नत विनिर्माण जैसे क्षेत्रों में प्रौद्योगिकी सहयोग पर संभावित रूप से नियमित भागीदारी तलाशने में सक्षम बनाएगा।

66. Letter of Intent between IOCL and Phinergy Ltd. For cooperation in the area of metal-air batteries Shri Sanjiv Singh, Chairman, IOCL Mr. Daniel Carmon, Ambassador of Israel to India This envisages to encourage joint R&D, deployment and manufacturing activities in the area of metal-air batteries for an array of applications, as stationary energy storage systems, electric mobility solutions etc.

मेटल-एयर बैट्रियों के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के लिए आईओसीएल तथा फिनेर्जी लिमिटेड के बीच आशय-पत्र श्री संजीव सिंह, अध्यक्ष आईओसीएल श्री डेनियल कैमरून, भारत में इजराइल के राजदूत इसमें अनुप्रयोग के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जैसे स्थिर ऊर्जा भंडारण प्रणालियां विद्युत संचलन सोल्यूशंस आदि के लिए मेटल-एयर बैट्रियों के क्षेत्र में संयुक्त अनुसंधान एवं विकास, संस्थापना और विनिर्माण क्रियाकलापों को प्रोत्साहित करने की परिकल्पना की गई है।

These include, inter alia, placing the burden on the petitioner to demonstrate that the beneficiary is employed in a third-party worksite for a specific assignment in a specialty occupation; applying the same level of scrutiny to both original petitions and extension requests; issue of memos by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on multiple H-1B filings; and full discretion to USCIS adjudicators to deny an application or petition without prior filing of a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) in certain cases on the basis of initial evidence.

इनमें अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ याचिकाकर्ता पर यह साबित करने की जिम्मेदारी डालना है कि लाभार्थी किसी विशेष रोजगार में किसी विशिष्ट कार्य के लिए किसी तीसरे पक्ष के कार्यस्थल में नियोजित है; मूल याचिकाओं तथा समयावधि बढ़ाने संबंधी अनुरोधों दोनों की एक समान स्तर पर जाँच करना; बहु एच-1बी फाइलिंग के संबंध में यूएस सिटीजनशिप एंड इमिग्रेशन सर्विसेज (यूएससीआईएस) द्वारा ज्ञापन जारी किया जाना; यूएससीआईएस के विवेचना अधिकारियों को इस संबंध में पूर्ण विशेष अधिकार देना कि वह किसी आवेदन को अस्वीकृत कर सके या साक्ष्य हेतु अनुरोध (आरएफई) दायर किये बिना जमा करायी गई याचिकाओं अथवा इनकार करने का नोटिस (एनओआईडी) पहले दायर किये बिना किये गये आवेदनों को अस्वीकार कर सके।
