At present, the Yatra is organized in 18 batches of a maximum of 60 yatris each, through the Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited, which, on self-payment basis, provides transport, accommodation and food to the Yatris on the Indian side of the Yatra route; and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and the State Government of Uttarakhand, which provide security cover and basic medical assistance to Yatris on the Indian side.

वर्तमान में, यह यात्रा कुमायूं मंडल विकास निगम लिमिटेड के माध्यम से 18 बैचों में प्रति बैच अधिकतम 60 यात्रियों के साथ यात्रा आयोजित की जाती है और उक्त निगम भारतीय यात्रा मार्ग में यात्रियों को परिवहन, अवास तथा भोजन की सुविधा अपनी ओर से भुगतान करने पर उपलब्ध कराता है; तथा भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस एवं उत्तरांचल की राज्य सरकार द्वारा भारतीय सीमा में यात्रियों को सुरक्षा तथा मूलभूत चिकित्सा सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।
