3.3(2) दोनों पक्ष फास्ट रिएक्टर, थोरियम ईंधन चक्र, अक्सलरेटर ब्लैंकेट सिस्टम, हाई करंट प्रोटोन तथा आयन अक्सलरेटर एवं कंट्रोल्ड थर्मो न्यूक्लियर फ्यूजन में संयुक्त अनुसंधान को अपने सामरिक सहयोग के भविष्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण के रूप में मानते हैं।
