1. Can a tenant be compensated for having been harassed or illegally evicted ?

क्या किरायेदार को नुकसान भुगतान मिल सकता है अगर उसे बेकायदा मकान से बाहर निकाला गया हो या उस का छल किया हो ?

2. Throughout this booklet , ( with some exceptions ) , the terms ' landlord ' and ' tenant ' are used .

इस पूरी पुसतक में ( कुछ भाग का अपवाद छोड के ) मकान मालिक और किरायेदार यह शब्द पेश किये गये है .

3. A tenant who believes that an act or omission of the landlord ' s is being done so as to stop the tenant enjoying , or drive him or her out of the property , should speak to the local council .

एक किरायेदार जो यह विश्वास रखता है कि एक काम या फिर आप को काम से कम कर देना यह मकान मालिक इसलिए करता है क्यों कि किरायेदार किसी भी चीज का आनंद ना उठा सके य फिर उसे ( आदमी या औरत ) को मकान से बाहर निकालना , यह बात स्थानीय कौंसिल के पास ले जान चाहिए .

4. It is an offence to do any of the things described above intending , knowing , or having reasonable cause to believe , that they would cause the tenant to leave their home , or stop using part of it , or stop doing the things a tenant should normally expect to be able to do .

उपर दिये हुए कोई भी काम करने की कोशिश करना , उस के बारे में जानना , या फिर कोई उचित कारण होना विश्वास रखने के लिए जिससे की किरायेदार को उस का घर छोडना पडे या फिर उस घर का अंशित भाग छोडना पडे , या फिर ऐसी कोई चीजें करना जो किरायेदार सर्वसाधारण रुप से करने में सक्षम हो , यह कानूनन गुनाह है .

5. The Digest considers the legal remedies available to the owner, or tenant farmer, in order to obtain compensation from the perpetrator for the loss suffered.

डाइजेस्ट में यह भी बताया गया कि ऐसे में एक किसान किस तरह अपराधी पर मुकदमा करके उससे मुआवज़ा ले सकता था ताकि उसके नुकसान की भरपाई हो सके।

6. A landlord , his or her agent , or someone who may or may not be connected with either of them , may do things which are distressing to the tenant and undermine their sense of security ; these activities may or may not amount to harassment as it would be interpreted by the courts .

एक मकान मालिक , उस का या फिर उस की एजंट से या फिर वह आदमी जो इस मेंस से कोई भी मसले से निगडित हो या ना हो , कोई काम ऐसे भी कर सकता है जिससे कि किरायेदार को संतोष न मिले और उन के सुरक्षा को कमजोर बनाये , यह काम छलवादी हो भि सकते है या नही भी हो सकते यह निर्णय लेना अदालत का काम है
