1. 17 But behold, if the inhabitants of the earth shall repent of their wickedness and abominations they shall not be destroyed, saith the Lord of Hosts.

17 लेकिन देखो, यदि पृथ्वी के निवासी अपनी दुष्टता और घृणित कार्यों से पश्चाताप करेंगे वे नष्ट नहीं किये जाएंगे, सेनाओं का प्रभु कहता है ।

2. 20 And it came to pass that there was a man among them whose name was aAbinadi; and he went forth among them, and began to prophesy, saying: Behold, thus saith the Lord, and thus hath he commanded me, saying, Go forth, and say unto this people, thus saith the Lord—Wo be unto this people, for I have seen their abominations, and their wickedness, and their whoredoms; and except they repent I will bvisit them in mine anger.

20 और ऐसा हुआ कि उनके बीच एक पुरुष था जिसका नाम अबिनादी था; और वह उनके बीच आगे बढ़ा, और यह कहते हुए भविष्यवाणी करने लगा: देखो, प्रभु इस प्रकार कहता है, और उसने मुझे ऐसा कहकर आज्ञा दी है, आगे बढ़ो, और इन लोगों से कहो, प्रभु इस प्रकार कहता है—हाय इन लोगों पर, क्योंकि मैंने इनके घृणित कार्यों को, और इनकी दुष्टता को, और इनके व्यभिचार को देखा है; और जब तक ये पश्चाताप नहीं करते मैंने अपने क्रोध में इनके पास आऊंगा ।

3. 8 And he that will acontend against the word of the Lord, let him be accursed; and he that shall bdeny these things, let him be accursed; for unto them will I show cno greater things, saith Jesus Christ; for I am he who speaketh.

8 और वह जो प्रभु के वचन के विरूद्ध विवाद करेगा, उसे श्रापित होने दो; और वह जो इन बातों को अस्वीकार करेगा, उसे श्रापित होने दो; क्योंकि मैं उन्हें महान चीजें नहीं दिखाऊंगा, यीशु मसीह कहता है; क्योंकि मैं वही हूं जो कहता है ।

4. 1 aFor behold, the day cometh that shall bburn as an oven; and all the cproud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble; and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of Hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

1 क्योंकि देखो, वह दिन आएगा जो भट्टी के समान जलेगा; और सारे अहंकारी, हां, वे सारे जो बुरे काम करते हैं, ठूंठ के समान होंगे; और वह दिन आएगा जब वे जलाए जाएंगे, सेनाओं का प्रभु कहता है, कि न तो उनकी जड़े बचेंगी और न ही उनकी शाखाएं ।

5. 6 And they shall be visited with thunderings, and lightnings, and earthquakes, and all manner of destructions, for the afire of the anger of the Lord shall be kindled against them, and they shall be as stubble, and the day that cometh shall consume them, saith the Lord of Hosts.

6 और वे मेघों की गर्जन, वज्रपात, और भूकंप, और हर प्रकार के विनाश का सामना करेंगे, क्योंकि प्रभु के क्रोध की अग्नि उनके विरूद्ध भड़क उठेगी, और वे ठूंठ के समान होंगे, और वह दिन जो आने वाला है उन्हें निगल जाएगा, सेनाओं का प्रभु कहता है ।
