1. Cooperation in Public Administration. Both India and Singapore will build on existing platforms for deepening cooperation in public administration, including in capacity building and sharing of best practices.

2. We could support capacity and institution building in areas relating to public administration.

16. France actively promotes educational exchanges and offers scholarships for studying French language, hotel management, public administration, fine arts, mass communication etc.

19. 24.7% were in public administration, education and health, 23.9% were in banking, finance and insurance and 21.4% were in distribution, hotels and restaurants.

इनमें से 24.7% लोक प्रशासन, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य में थे जबकि 23.9% बैंकिंग, वित्त और बीमा क्षेत्र में और 21.4% वितरण, होटल और रेस्तरांओं के क्षेत्र में थे।

23. The President also praised the capacity building initiatives and support provided by India to the development of Namibia particularly NIPAM (Namibian Institute of Public Administration and Management).

26. There are 14 Joint Working Groups in areas, Transport; Health; Education; Defence; Science & Technology; Trade & Investment; Culture; Agriculture; Energy; Public Administration and Governance, Revenue Administration, Human Settlement, Environment and Social Development.

निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में 14 संयुक्त कार्य समूह हैं - परिवहन; स्वास्थ्य; शिक्षा; रक्षा; विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी; व्यापार एवं निवेश; संस्कृति; कृषि; ऊर्जा; लोक प्रशासन एवं अभिशासन, राजस्व प्रशासन, मानव वास; पर्यावरण एवं सामाजिक विकास।

27. PM Awards for Excellence in Public Administration have been instituted with a view to acknowledge, recognize and reward the exemplary work for citizen’s welfare by Districts & Organisations of the Central and State Governments.

प्रधानमंत्री लोक प्रशासन उत्कृष्टता पुरस्कार की शुरूआत केन्द्रीय और राज्य सरकारों के संगठनों तथा जिलों द्वारा नागरिकों के कल्याण में शानदार काम करने के लिए प्रदान किए जाते हैं।

28. To give you an example, there are Working Groups in transport, in the filed of energy, in trade and investment, in health, in science and technology, information society, in public administration, in social development, etc.

उदाहरण के लिए परिवहन, ऊर्जा, व्यापार एवं विदेश, स्वास्थ्य, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, सूचना समाज, लोक प्रशासन, सामाजिक विकास इत्यादि का उल्लेख किया जा सकता है।

29. In this period, we have identified several areas of cooperation and have been working towards enhancing cooperation in areas such as S&T, education, agriculture, energy, culture, health, social issues, public administration and revenue administration.

इस अवधि में हमने सहयोग के अनेक क्षेत्रों की पहचान की है तथा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, शिक्षा, कृषि, ऊर्जा, संस्कृति, स्वास्थ्य, सामाजिक मसलों, लोक प्रशासन और राजस्व प्रशासन जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग बढ़ाने के लिए काम करते रहे हैं ।

31. The MOU provides for cooperation between the IIPA and the CPS on issues of common interest such as rural development, agriculture, poverty alleviation, public administration, public policy, role of government in a market economy and role of Planning Commissions.

यह समझौता ज्ञापन, ग्रामीण विकास, कृषि, गरीबी उन्मूलन, लोक प्रशासन, सार्वजनिक नीति, बाजार अर्थव्यवस्था में सरकार की भूमिका और योजना आयोगों की भूमिका जैसे साझा हित के मुद्दों पर आईआईपीए और सीपीएस के बीच सहयोग का प्रावधान करता है ।

32. In the last three years since the first IBSA Trilateral Commission meeting was held in New Delhi in 2004, we have identified several important areas of cooperation, such as energy, education, agriculture, health, science and technology, public administration and revenue administration.

सन् 2004 में नई दिल्ली में संपन्न प्रथम आईबीएसए त्रिपक्षीय आयोग की बैठक के बाद पिछले तीन वर्षों में हमने ऊर्जा, शिक्षा, कृषि, स्वास्थ्य, विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, लोक प्रशासन और राजस्व प्रशासन जैसे सहयोग के अनेक महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों की पहचान की है ।

33. The Leaders welcomed the effective interaction among specialists from the three countries, within the working groups on Agriculture, Environment & Climate Change, Culture, Defence, Education, Energy, Health, Human Settlements, Information Society, Public Administration, Revenue Administration, Science & Technology, Social Issues, Tourism, Trade & Investment, and Transport.

सभी नेताओं ने कृषि, पर्यावरण एवं जलवायु परितर्वन, संस्कृति, प्रतिरक्षा, शिक्षा, ऊर्जा, स्वास्थ्य, मानव बस्तियां, सूचना समाज, लोक प्रशासन, राजस्व प्रशासन, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, सामाजिक मुद्दों, पर्यटन, व्यापार और निवेश एवं परिवहन से संबद्ध कार्यकारी दलों के अंतर्गत तीनों देशों के विशेषज्ञों के बीच प्रभावी कार्यकलाप किए जाने का स्वागत किया।

34. प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी कल 21 अप्रैल को विज्ञान भवन में चिह्नित प्राथमिक कार्यक्रमों के प्रभावशाली क्रियान्वयन तथा नवाचार के लिए जिलों/कार्यान्वयन इकाईयों तथा केन्द्रीय/राज्य संगठनों को लोक प्रशासन में उत्कृष्टता के लिए पुरस्कार प्रदान करेंगे।

35. * The Ministers took note with satisfaction of the report of the Focal Points on the progress made by the working groups which met in the New Delhi prior to the Trilateral Commission, namely, Culture, Trade and Investment, Public Administration, Agriculture, Environment, and Information Society.

The Joint Working Group on Public Administration actively engaged in promoting transparency, accountability, efficiency and quality of service rendered to citizens by implementing the IBSA Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) through an Annual Plan of Action, identifying various projects/programmes for exchange and cooperation among IBSA countries.

पारदर्शिता, जिम्मेदारी, प्रभाविता और सेवाओं की समानता को बढ़ावा देने में शामिल लोक प्रशासन से संबद्ध संयुक्त कार्यकारी दल इब्सा देशों के बीच विभिन्न परियोजनाओं एवं सहयोग कार्यक्रमों की पहचान करते हुए एक वार्षिक कार्य योजना के जरिए इब्सा समझौता ज्ञापन को कार्यान्वित करके इस दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है।

37. Exchange of working or study visits, trainers, lecturers etc. with a view to sharing respective knowledge and experience; organization of customized capacity building programmes in the area of public governance and leadership, public administration, innovation of public service, joint courses, joint research activities, exchange of best practices etc.

संबंधित ज्ञान और अनुभव साझा करने के उद्देश्य से कामकाजी या अध्ययन यात्राओं, प्रशिक्षकों, व्याख्याताओं आदि का आदान-प्रदान; सार्वजनिक प्रशासन और नेतृत्व, सार्वजनिक प्रशासन, सार्वजनिक सेवा का नवाचार, संयुक्त पाठ्यक्रम, संयुक्त अनुसंधान गतिविधियों, सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं का आदान-प्रदान आदि के क्षेत्र में अनुकूलित क्षमता निर्माण कार्यक्रमों का गठन।

38. It has a focus on all the issues that I mentioned just now including higher education, public administration, science and technology, legal and judicial cooperation as well as strengthening of defence and security cooperation besides strengthening of our political exchanges, and also cooperation in multilateral and regional fora as well as parliamentary cooperation.

मैंने अभी - अभी जिन मुद्दों का उल्लेख किया उन सभी पर इसमें बल दिया गया है जैसे कि उच्च शिक्षा, लोक प्रशासन, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, कानूनी एवं न्यायिक सहयोग तथा रक्षा एवं सुरक्षा सहयोग के सुदृढ़ीकरण के अलावा हमारे राजनीतिक आदान - प्रदान का सुदृढ़ीकरण तथा बहुपक्षीय एवं क्षेत्रीय मंचों में सहयोग तथा संसदीय सहयोग आदि।

39. * The two sides agreed to expedite the implementation of development projects including construction of a Cultural Centre, undertaking feasibility study for upgradation of Dhaka - Chittagong railway line, setting up of IT labs in 64 model schools and IT centres at Military Institute for Science & Technology, Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre and Bangladesh Police Academy and provision of solar lamps to 2800 families affected by the Sidr Cyclone.
