अमेरिका के जिला न्यायाधीश जार्ज डैनियल्स के शब्दों में वादी ने पीएलओ पर आरोप लगाया कि कि ऐसा उसने , " इजरायल की सामान्य जनता को आतंकित , डराने और जबरन अपने राजनीतिक उद्देश्य और मांग को मनवाने के लिये किया ताकि अमेरिका की नीतियों और इजरायल की सरकार को प्रतिवादियों के राजनीतिक उद्देश्य और मांग को पूरा करवाने के लिये बाध्य किया जा सके " .
