1. Ministers strongly supported the call by G77 and China for the ADP co-chairs to prepare an inclusive paper as a starting point for the discussions under Workstream 2 at next ADP session.

सभी मंत्रियों ने जोरदार शब्दों में अगले ए डी पी सत्र में कार्यधारा-2 के तहत चर्चा के लिए शुरूआती बिंदु के रूप में एक समावेशी पेपर तैयार करने के लिए ए डी पी के सह-अध्यक्षों के लिए जी-77 और चीन द्वारा आह्वान का समर्थन किया।

2. Ministers expressed appreciation for the progress achieved in the last two sessions of the ADP held in Geneva and Bonn.

सभी मंत्रियों ने जिनेवा एवं बोन में आयोजित ए डी पी के पिछले दो सत्रों में हुई प्रगति की प्रशंसा की।

3. In this regard, they highlighted that the document being prepared by the ADP co-chairs should be concise, including all core elements of the Durban mandate.

इस संबंध में, उन्होंने इस बात को उजागर किया कि ए डी पी सह-अध्यक्षों द्वारा तैयार किया जा रहा दस्तावेज संक्षिप्त होना चाहिए जिसमें डरबन अधिदेश के सभी प्रमुख घटक शामिल हों।

4. In this regard, they look forward to a streamlined and concise document being prepared by the ADP co-chairs to facilitate substantive progress in the negotiations of the Paris Agreement.

इस संबंध में, उन्होंने पेरिस करार की वार्ता में सारवान प्रगति को सुगम बनाने के लिए ए डी पी के सह-अध्यक्षों द्वारा तैयार किए जा रहे एक सटीक एवं संक्षिप्त दस्तावेज की आशा व्यक्त की।

5. In this regard, they stressed that an ambitious outcome of the ADP should not focus solely on mitigation, but should also address the other elements in a balanced and comprehensive manner.

इस संबंध में, उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि ए डी पी के महत्वाकांक्षी परिणाम के तहत केवल उपशमन पर बल नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए, अपितु संतुलित एवं व्यापक ढंग से अन्य घटकों पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए।

6. Ministers reaffirmed that the process and outcome of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) should be guided by and be in full accordance with all principles and provisions of the UNFCCC.

सभी मंत्रियों ने इस बात की फिर से पुष्टि की कि अधिक कार्रवाई के लिए डरबन प्लेटफार्म (ए डी पी) की प्रक्रिया एवं परिणाम यू एन एफ सी सी सी के सभी सिद्धांतों एवं प्रावधानों द्वारा मार्गदर्शित होने चाहिए तथा पूरी तरह इसके अनुसरण में होने चाहिए।

7. Ministers emphasized that the negotiations at the forthcoming ADP sessions should focus on the core provisions to be included in a protocol, another legal instrument or agreed outcome with legal force under the Convention.

सभी मंत्रियों ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि आगामी ए डी पी सत्रों में वार्ता के तहत प्रोटोकाल में शामिल होने वाले प्रमुख प्रावधानों, अन्य कानूनी लिखत या अभिसमय के साथ कानूनी बल के साथ सहमत परिणाम पर बल दिया।

8. With regard to the ADP Workstream 2, Ministers stressed that the pre-2020 ambition gap shall be primarily addressed through the implementation of the 2nd commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol and the outcome of the Bali Action Plan.

जहां तक ए डी पी कार्यधारा-2 का संबंध है, सभी मंत्रियों ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि 2020 पूर्व महत्वाकांक्षा अंतराल को मुख्य रूप से क्योटो प्रोटोकॉल की दूसरी प्रतिबद्धता अवधि तथा बाली कार्य योजना के परिणाम के कार्यान्वयन के माध्यम से दूर किया जा सकता है।

9. * The Ministers reaffirmed that the process and outcome of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) must be in full accordance with all the principles, provisions and structure of the Convention, in particular the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities.

* मंत्रियों ने फिर से इस बात की पुष्टि की कि संवर्धित कार्यवाही के लिए डरबन मंच (ए डी पी) की प्रक्रिया और परिणाम कन्वेंशन के सभी सिद्धांतों, प्रावधानों और संरचना की पूर्ण अनुरूपता में होने चाहिए, विशेष रूप से निष्पक्षता के सिद्धांतों और सामान्य किंतु विभेदीकृत जिम्मेदारियों और क्षमताओं की अनुरूपता में।
