विज्ञान तथा तकनीकी द्वारा शांतिपूर्ण कार्यों के लिए किये जोने वाले प्रयोगों के दौरान मनुष्य पर पडने वाले विकिरणों में वृद्धि हो रही है . इस स्थिति में इन परीक्षणों को प्रतिबंधित करना एक महान मूर्खता है .
