चंडीगढ़ और जालंधर स्थित वीजा आवेदन केंद्रों में प्वाइंट आधारित प्रणाली के स्तर-4 के तहत छात्र वीजा आवेदनों को स्वीकार किए जाने की प्रक्रिया पर अस्थाई रोक लगाए जाने के साथ ही यूके बॉर्डर एजेंसी युनाइटेड किंगडम के शिक्षा प्रदाताओं की भी जांच कर रही है और इसने पिछले हफ्ते शिक्षा प्रायोजक रजिस्टर से लगभग 60 शिक्षा प्रदाताओं को निरस्त कर दिया है।
