इन सब चुनौतियों से प्रभावित भारत अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय से अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय आतंकवाद पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र के व्यापक सन्धिपत्र के अनुरूप व्यवहार करने का निवेदन करता है जिससे आतंकवादियों तथा उनके समर्थकों को हथियार, धन और सुरक्षित शरणस्थल न प्राप्त हो सके।

73. Government support efforts to strengthen the existing international legal regime on peaceful uses of outer space, including through the establishment of an Ad Hoc Committee on Prevention of an Arms Race in Outer Space in the Conference on Disarmament.

सरकार नि:शस्त्राळकरण सम्मेलन में बाह्य अंतरिक्ष में हथियारों की होड़ को रोकने से संबद्ध तदर्थ समिति की स्थापना करने सहित बाह्य अंतरिक्ष के शांतिपूर्ण उपयोग पर विद्यमान अंतरराष्ट्रीय विधिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने के प्रयासों का समर्थन करती है।

74. With the implementation of Passport Seva Project (PSP), the Ministry has established 89 Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) in various States/Union Territories as the extended arms of the existing 38 Passport Offices to provide easy access points for passport services.

पासपोर्ट सेवा परियोजना के कार्यान्विथत होने के साथ मंत्रालय ने पासपोर्ट सेवाओं हेतु पहुंच को आसान बनाने के लिए मौजूदा 38 पासपोर्ट कार्यालयों के विस्ता्रिक अंगों के रूप में विभिन्न राज्योंे/केन्द्रा शासित प्रदेशों में 89 पासपोर्ट सेवा केन्द्रप (पीएसके) स्थासपित किए हैं।

वस्तुत: अमरीकी प्रशासन के समर्थन से अमरीकी कांग्रेस के समक्ष एक नया विधेयक प्रस्तुत किया जाने वाला है जिसके अंतर्गत पाकिस्तान को अमरीका द्वारा दी जाने वाली असैनिक सहायता की मात्रा को तीन गुना करके प्रतिवर्ष 1.5 बिलियन डॉलर कर दिया जाएगा। परन्तु इसके अंतर्गत सैनिक सहायता और हथियारों की बिक्री को अलकायदा तथा तालिबान के विरुद्ध की गई प्रभावी कार्रवाइयों की शर्त के साथ जोड़ दिया गया है।

80. (a) to (c) As part of the Passport Seva Project (PSP), a Mission Mode Project, implemented by the Government with a view to comprehensively overhaul passport issuance system, 77 Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) have been set up and operationalised as extended arms of the existing 37 Passport Offices across the country.
